Common Issues

Authentication Problems

Can't sign in:

• Verify your email and password

Editor extension won't authenticate:

• Ensure you're signed in to HighFly in your browser
• Try signing out and signing in again
• Restart your editor

GitHub Integration Issues

GitHub App not working:

• Verify the app is installed in your GitHub organization
• Check app permissions in GitHub settings
• Ensure the app has access to your repositories
• Try reinstalling the app

Pull requests not linking:

• Check that branch names include issue identifiers (e.g., ENG-123)
• Verify the GitHub App is installed
• Ensure the app has necessary permissions

Subscription Questions

Billing issues:

• Check your Subscription settings for invoice details
• Verify payment method is up to date
• Review your subscription settings in HighFly
• Contact support for billing questions

Plan limits:

• Review your current plan limits
• Check your usage in organization settings
• Consider upgrading if you're hitting limits
• Archive completed work to free up space
